Galka (AZI-003)
Description
Galka, also known as Vietnamese luffa or Egyptian cucumber, is grown in various parts of South and Southeast Asian countries. In India he is commonly called Turai. It is a dull green, spongy vegetable with white seeds. The sponge cucumber grows in lianas and is usually cylindrical in shape.
Galka contains various antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, nutrients and lipids.
